The uncertainty of the market environment has seriously affected the supply chain performance.How to achieve effective integration of resources to respond to the changing market environment.Specify influence factors of supply chain performance and optimize them which is particularly important. The current research on the influence factors of the supply chain performance mainly on supply chain information sharing and supply chain logistics capability. The supply chain relationship quality is not given enough attention. But practice has proved that good supply chain relationship quality not only promote the supply and the demand both parties to share information, reduce the "bullwhip effect",reduce the incidence of moral hazard and opportunistic behavior, and promote the complementary advantages of capabilities and resources between enterprises, improve responsiveness of products. The importance of supply chain relationship quality is obvious. In terms of supply chain network optimization,the optimization content focuses on the optimization of the ideal number of operational facilities and their location, the number of purchases, the number of manufacturing output and the processes of these output which belongs to the category of supply chain logistics capability optimization.Optimization content is relatively single.It hinders the improvement of the supply chain performance. Therefore, based on the influence factors of supply chain performance as the research object, the main factors affecting the supply chain performance are optimized in this paper.The research conclusion has important theoretical significance and reference value for enterprises to improve their supply chain performance.First of all, the influencing factors of supply chain performance are analyzed in this paper.Build the theoretical model of supply chain relationship quality, supply chain information sharing, supply chain logistics capability and the supply chain performance. 227 manufacturing enterprises in jiangsu province as the investigation object,the survey data are analyzed including descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis by using structural equation analysis tools and ultimately through model modification and the adaptation degree evaluation, the mechanism among the supply chain relationship quality, supply chain information sharing, supply chain logistics capability and supply chain performance is clarified.The research results show that supply chain relationship quality, supply chain information sharing and supply chain logistics capability, each of them has positive correlation with supply chain performance.Secondly, build a network model to optimize the above contents. The network model should contain the above contents at the same time. But due to the integrated network model is often used to optimize supply chain information sharing.Straight-chain network model is often used to optimize supply chain logistics capability. The network model structure is different, so we studied them respectively in thispaper.In terms of the optimization of supply chain relationship quality and supply chain information sharing, build the integrated network model of supply chain information flow considering the relationship quality. First, build supply chain information flow integrated network model. According to the principle of strong unicom, the supply chain information flow integrated network is divided into some supply chain information flow manifolds.The shortest path between two nodes to share information is selected and achieved the lowest cost by using Floyd algorithm. To further achieve supply chain information integration and sharing, the enterprise information integration evaluation index system is established. It consists of the relationship quality index between the enterprise and external enterprise and enterprise information integration capacity index. The information integration degree of each enterprise in the manifold is analyzed and choosed the enterprise which information integration's score is the highest, responsible for the construction of supply chain information center. In the numerical analysis, the supply chain is optimized with the aid of Matlab software. Optimization results indicated the shortest path between the two nodes to share information and realized the goal of the information sharing cost minimum, at the same time, made a choice of enterprise responsible for building supply chain information center.The enterprise has excellent comprehensive performance in the information integration ability and the relationship quality with external enterprise. It further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.In terms of the optimization of supply chain relationship quality and supply chain logistics capability,build the network model of supply chain logistics capability considering the relationship quality. Keep the relationship quality cost into the total cost of supply chain, and combining facilities fixed operating costs, product costs and transportation costs, with the lowest total cost of supply chain for research purposes, manufacturers as the core of the supply chain as the research object, the supplier- manufacturer relationship quality, supply chain logistics capability and supplier selection are optimized. In the numerical example, the supply chain is optimized by using Lingo software. Optimization results show that enterprises will establish partnership with the high performance suppliers. Thus not only the supply chain relationship quality maintaining cost can achieve the minimum, but also the total cost of the supply chain can achieve the minimum.
