In today’s high degree of development of economic globalization, with thecontinuous development of science and technology and the diversification ofcustomer needs, greatly accelerate the speed of the upgrading of products on themarket, the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce, the enterprises’development facing severe environmental uncertainty, In such an environment, product or service quality, production costs and other aspects propose newrequirements on the enterprises, make it continue to optimize their businessprocesses, it is bound to affect the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the21stcentury, competition among simple enterprises has gradually been taken place bycompetition between supply chain. More and more enterprises begin to build a supplychain partnership between them, however, the supply chain cooperative performancehas become the focus of attention by the member companies. The supply chain as the research object in this paper, the main research impactson cooperative performance the behavior of trust and cooperation between enterprisesof the supply chain. In the present study, we have the trust of the supply chain as anindependent variable, cooperative performance as the dependent variable, cooperativebehavior as mediating variables, cooperative behavior is divided into threedimensions of special investment, information sharing and joint action. Although thepast, a number of literature studied the impact of trust on cooperation performance, studied the behavior of inter-enterprise cooperation, but previous researches in morethan a single cooperative behavior as independent variables or mediating variables tostudy, study them together with the mediating variables also rarely, this paper focuseson studying the intermediary role of the cooperative behavior in the performance oftrust and cooperation between supply chain partners.During the study, we first expound the background and the environmentsignificance of today’s supply chain, and the importance of the study; Then determine the topic through extensive reading of supply chain literature, and review literatureabout supply chain trust, cooperation behavior, cooperation performance and theirrelationship. On the based of previous studies, this paper divides cooperative behaviorinto three dimensions, namely the specific investment, information sharing andcollective action, which providing theoretical basis for the study. On the basis of thistheory, we construct a relationship model of supply chain trust, cooperation behaviorsand cooperation performance, and proposes relevant research hypotheses. In themodel trust is independent variable, cooperation behavior is intermediary variable, cooperative performance is dependent variable. When analysis the theory model andthe hypothesis, this paper collect data mainly thought questionnaire. The questions ofsupply chain trust, cooperation behaviors and cooperation performance in thequestionnaire refer many foreign scholars’ study, which is scientific. When finished, questionnaires are issued to every strata of managers of the enterprise, then I tookback the questionnaires and analysis the data. In the data analysis processing, Ianalysis the data source condition and questionnaire survey responses throughdescriptive statistical analysis;the reliability and accuracy of the questionnairesthrough reliability and validity analysis; the correlation among variables throughcorrelation analysis; finally examine the assumptions through regression analysis.Through the inspection, the assumptions are right. The following points are the main conclusion through the study: First of all, thereliance among supply chain enterprises has the obvious positive influence on theircooperation performance; Secondly, the reliance among supply chain enterprises alsohas evident active effects on cooperative behavior, which supply chain can promptmembers to trust each other and increase strength of the following three cooperativebehavior: special investment between enterprises, information sharing and collectiveaction; Thirdly, cooperative behavior of supply chain has obvious positive effects oncooperative performance, which the higher level of the supply chain enterprisemembers’ participation in special investment, information sharing and common action, the more beneficial for the development of the cooperation performance; Lastly, supply chain cooperative behavior has the obvious intermediary function between thetrust and cooperation performance, special investment, also has obvious mediating effect among specific investment, information sharing and collective action betweenthe their trust and cooperation performance, in other word, under the mediating rolein cooperative behavior, the influence of supply chain reliance towards theperformance of cooperation is weakened, but cooperative behavior has an obviouspartial intermediary role. Therefore we can say supply chain between enterprises’reliance can not only impact on cooperative performance directly, but also haveindirect effects on cooperative performance through the cooperation behavior. Finally, according to the conclusion, we put forward some reasonablemanagement advice, that can promote supply chain enterprises’ cooperationrelationship and improve the supply chain cooperation performance, and put forwardprospect for future research for the shortcomings in the study.
