Research On The Interest Relationship Between Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises And Farmers In Yong Chuan District

Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises,as the booster of leading the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,shoulder the important mission of promoting the transformation of agricultural development mode,increasing farmers’ income and promoting rural development.They can not only help the agricultural industry step into the fast track of self transformation and self-improvement,but also play an important role in optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure and promoting rural revitalization.It is of great significance.Compared with the general agricultural economic organizations,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have their own unique management norms and production standardization,and have obvious advantages in adapting measures to local conditions to produce marketable products.Therefore,they can still maintain their competitive advantages in the fierce market challenges.With the strong support of national policies,many leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have grown up and reached a new height in scale.At the same time,their respective driving radiation is also expanding,which has a significant effect on increasing farmers’ income.However,some problems exposed at the same time should be paid attention to,such as the dishonest behavior of leading enterprises and farmers in agricultural industrialization,the interests of small farmers can not be guaranteed,and so on.Among them,the specific quality level of the relationship between the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and their farmers is unknown,which is due to the lack of a set of evaluation index system and scientific analysis framework in line with the local reality.This study aims at the objective needs of the development of China’s agricultural industry at the present stage and the specific requirements of economic,social and political changes on the current agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers.This study attempts to build a set of evaluation system of the interest relationship between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers in line with the local reality from the perspective of evaluation,and form a scientific analysis framework to explore the typical problems.In this paper,the quality of the interest relationship between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers is analyzed,the existing problems of interest relationship are extracted and the causes are analyzed,and finally reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Firstly,this study selects the high-frequency keywords describing the interest relationship between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers in relevant literature,extracts the representative index elements,optimizes the index by consulting experts in the industry,and determines the key indicators;then,it uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the interest relationship between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers in Yongchuan District.Secondly,according to the data collected from the field investigation and interview of typical cases,the qualitative and quantitative processing is carried out,and based on this,the comprehensive score is made to get the evaluation results of the current situation of interest relationship.Thirdly,in view of the indicators with low evaluation scores,the main problems are analyzed one by one and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of Agronomy,economics,management,operational research and other disciplines,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This study is related to the social characteristics of the times,forming a scientific analysis framework,which can develop and deepen the theoretical research of agricultural industrialization related issues,and has a certain theoretical significance.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which is conducive to correctly guide the leading enterprises and farmers of agricultural industrialization to deepen practical cooperation,create a good and harmonious interest relationship,and achieve win-win development,has a certain practical significance.The research in this paper focuses on the following points.(1)Interest relationship evaluation.A scientific analysis framework is formed by constructing an evaluation index system of the interest relationship between leading enterprises of agricultural industries and farmers.Then,we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the selected leading enterprises of agricultural industries in Yongchuan District to obtain the indicators and the comprehensive evaluation results.(2)Interest relationship problems and cause analysis.For the indicators with low evaluation scores,the article will summarize in turn the main problems of the interest relationship between leading enterprises and farmers in the agricultural industry of Yongchuan District and analyze the causes of the problems.(3)Countermeasures for improving the interest relationship.According to the main problems and causes of the interest relationship between leading enterprises and farmers in Yongchuan district’s agricultural industry,countermeasures for improving the interest relationship between leading enterprises and farmers in Yongchuan’s agricultural industry are proposed.The main findings of this paper are the following.(1)The overall scores of interest relationship between company X and company Y were 6.0685 and 6.1137 respectively,indicating that the quality of interest relationship between the two companies and farmers was good,and the quality of interest relationship between company Y and farmers was slightly better than that of company X.The overall scores of "Depth of Interest Linkage" and "Effectiveness of Interest Realization" were 1.5343 and 2.2013 respectively.The composite scores of "Depth of Interest Linkage" are 1.5343 and 2.2013,and the composite scores of "Effectiveness of Interest Realization" are 3.7965 and 3.3667,respectively.In addition,the overall scores of "Industry Participation","Balance of Status","Inclusive Power",and "Participation of Industry" were 0.7377 and 0.5458,respectively.In addition,the results of the indicators of "Inclusive Power" and "Intermediary Protection" have a negative impact on the overall score of interest relations.(2)The problem of interest linkage and the cause aspect.First of all,there is a problem of unreasonable form of interest linkage.First,the level of interest linkage is low,the reasons for which include the low degree of specialization of farmers,limited business areas,weak risk tolerance of farmers,and insufficient trust linkage.The second is the asymmetrical status of the main body,the reasons for which include the buyer’s market stage,the lack of attention to farmers’ demands,the weak construction of autonomous organizations,the lack of "competent" people to drive,etc.Secondly,there is also the problem of unremarkable benefit realization here.First,the quality of system implementation is not high,the reasons for which include the system is not strong binding,incomplete contracts,the special nature of agricultural production,lack of contractual spirit,etc.Secondly,the reason is that the enterprise is not strong,including land policy constraints,imperfect infrastructure facilities,the enterprise’s own thin foundation,etc.Finally,there is the problem of unsound benefit coordination mechanism,including the service system to be improved,business extension is not strong will,the policy does not pay enough attention to the limited level of insurance protection,etc.(3)As for the countermeasures to improve the interest relationship First of all,it is necessary to optimize the form of interest linkage.The first is to upgrade the level of farm-enterprise cooperation,including measures to cultivate modern new farmers,broaden farm-enterprise cooperation channels,promote the option mechanism of selling rights,and strengthen the management of farm-enterprise relations.The second is to improve the disadvantaged position of farmers,including enhancing the marketing awareness of farmers,guaranteeing the voice of farmers,improving the organization of farmers,and optimizing the help and training measures.Secondly,strengthen the effect of benefit realization.First,it is necessary to improve the level of performance management,including measures to improve the binding mechanism,reduce the hidden danger of contract disputes,improve the stickiness of agribusiness cooperation,and create an honest environment.Second,it needs to improve the ability of enterprises to create value,including measures to break land policy bottlenecks,strengthen infrastructure construction,and enhance the construction of leading enterprises.Finally,cultivating the service intermediary market,including measures to stimulate the vitality of the intermediary market,deepen the content of extended services,strengthen the supervision of industry planning,and enhance risk protection management.
