Research On Quality Of Economic Growth In Anhui Province

The 19 th CPC national congress clearly stated that China has entered a period of high-quality development.At present,the quality of economic growth is the most comprehensive value judgment standard,which can scientifically measure the quality of economic development,but its measurement has not formed a consensus.Firstly,this paper starts from the connotation of economic growth quality,the inclusive growth and the sustainable development to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.In order to illustrate better the quality of the regional economic growth and its influencing factors,this paper constructs a set of relatively reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of economic growth.Level of 2010 to 2016 in anhui province on the basis of the data,and use the method of TOPSIS of entropy to measure the quality of economic growth indexes,according to the primary and secondary indicators score of the following conclusions: firstly,through the calculation of the quality of cities as economic growth results each level can be divided into four types of cities,namely high quality better cities,medium quality keep cities,low quality slip type and mutant cities;Secondly,the quality of economic growth in various regions is seriously polarized,and this gap still maintains a significant trend of expansion;Thirdly,as can be seen from the histogram of the influencing factors of the quality of economic growth in various prefecture-level cities,the economic potential has a similar impact on the improvement of the quality of economic growth in all regions of the province,indicating that the economic potential is not the main factor causing the regional differences.Fourthly,the economic welfare of high-quality and fast-changing cities has a significant impact on the quality of economic growth,which indicates that the improvement of economic welfare has a great promoting effect on the quality of economic growth of such cities.In addition,resource and environmental factors have a positive and insignificant impact on the quality of economic growth,which indicates that resource and environment have a minimal or even negative effect on the quality of economic growth.Fifthly,type of medium quality keep social and economic benefits of the city witnessed a gradual increase trend,but with the imbalance of economic structure and the stability of the economic decline,the quality of economic growth in a neither growth nor decline in balance in some parts,the main reason is the increase in economic welfare,economic structure upgrade and economic stability of the control was not well coordinated;Sixthly,the slip type cities is relatively complex of the low quality,bozhou,suzhou,luan and fuyang city economic stability of the high level,resources and environment are significantly higher and similar to medium quality keep type cit ies,economic structure level slightly lower than the other cities,the level of economic welfare and economic efficiency is far lower than the other cities,to explain the economic welfare and economic efficiency is the main factor limiting the region economy development,the economic structure.Low economic efficiency limits the growth of GDP in this region,and its lack strong economic capacity to support higher economic welfare.The end,the article unifies each area different restriction factors,proposed the pointed suggestions.
