Evaluation Of Sustainable Economic Development Capacity In Qinghai Province

Evaluation of Sustainable Development is a research focus of the current domestic and foreign scholars, and sustainable economic development is an important part of Sustainable Development. Currently, the comprehensive evaluation method of sustainable economic development is also on the stage of exploring, and there isn’t a recognized evaluation system and method. As an important water sources and ecological security barrier, Qinghai has a special status in the construction of national ecological civilization. The ecological environment of the source of three rivers related to the ecological security and sustainable development of our nation. Protect the ecological environment is of great responsibility, and the task is arduous. So choosing the leading industries must be established under the premise of sustainable development in Qinghai Province. We must adhere to eliminate the industries which has high pollution, has high energy consumption, has damaging effects on the ecological environment and has extensive development of resources. This article will make contribution to enhancing the capacity for sustainable development of the economy in Qinghai.In this paper, I regard Qinghai Province as the research object, evaluating the capacity for sustainable development of the economy comprehensively. Firstly the paper introduces some theories of the regional economic sustainable development, and then proposes an evaluation index system and some evaluation methods of the economic capacity for sustainable development on Qinghai Province, combining the theory with the actuality. By combining the data of the1992-2011time series of indicators of sustainable economic development in Qinghai Province, I use the timing of principal component analysis to analyze the development trend of the economy, then draw some advantages and disadvantages of sustainable economic development. the paper pointes out some ideas about what should to do in the process of sustainable economic development, and puts forward some modes of economic growth to achieve sustainable development and related countermeasures in order to promote sustainable economic development in Qinghai.
