It is a long-term problem for human resource management departments of enterprises to improve the salary system of enterprises to strengthen the incentive effect of employees.Under the "going out" strategy,some Chinese enterprises have entered the African market,and also recruited a large number of Chinese employees to assist in management or technical work.How to optimize the Chinese employees of these enterprises to improve their enthusiasm and creativity in their work has become one of the issues that must be considered in the process of "going out".Taking the Chinese employees of Gabonese OSG Company as an example,this paper discusses the current situation,shortcomings and reasons of the design and implementation of the salary system for Chinese employees by means of literature analysis,case analysis and investigation.At the same time,combined with the literature review and the author's work practice,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Through the study of this paper,we can see that:first,the salary content of Chinese employees of Gabonese OSG company is mainly divided into two parts:fixed salary and variable salary.From the overall level,40 respondents' satisfaction with salary incentive related content was mainly "general satisfaction".Secondly,there are some problems in the salary system of Chinese employees of Gabonese OSG Company,such as the low level of monetary salary,the defective composition structure of salary content,the mismatch between salary content and post value,and the neglect of non-monetary salary in salary composition.The reasons for the problems in the salary system of Chinese employees in Gabonese OSG Company are:excessive control of post human resources costs,unreasonable salary mix and payment methods,the failure of the concept of post salary structure design to keep pace with the times,and the lack of awareness of the importance of non-monetary salary incentives.Thirdly,the specific strategies to optimize the salary system of Chinese employees of Gabonese OSG Company include:rationally raising the level of monetary salary,strengthening the matching between salary and post value,optimizing the salary structure of employees,and strengthening the non-monetary salary incentive for employees.Guarantees for the implementation of the salary scheme for Chinese employees of Gabonese OSG Company include strengthening the publicity of the salary optimization system,building the implementation system of the salary optimization system,and strengthening the supervision of the implementation of the salary optimization system.
