In the process of forming and improving the core development ability and competitiveness of enterprise project management,an efficient compensation system is essential.Therefore,enterprise project managers attach great importance to the improvement and perfection of the salary model.Taking the employees in SY project department of S company as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the salary system of the employees in SY project department,and proposes the salary plan and safeguard measures that need to be further improved,so as to provide useful information for relevant domestic enterprises to strengthen the salary control.The research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through investigation,this paper finds that employees in SY project department of S company have low satisfaction with their salaries.There are some problems including low overall salary level,unbalanced salary structure,and insignificant salary difference.The internal causes of these problems are the absence of strategic ideas,the absence of relevant institutional management,and the non-standard and random payment of salaries,which obviously inhibits the salary efficiency of project employees in the SY project department of S company.Secondly,this paper proposes a perfecting scheme for the salary system of SY project department in S company.It divides the salary growth system of each position according to the salary profit rate.At the same time,according to different positions,this paper sets up different salary composition framework and salary reward system.Combined with the actual situation,this paper proposes a perfecting scheme for the level,difference and structure of salary.Thirdly,according to the salary system of the SY project department in S company,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the salary incentive improvement program: establish a scientific salary management mechanism,improve the salary management scheme of the SY project department in S company,establish a relatively perfect performance management system and further improve the salary efficiency of the employees of SY project department in S company.
