In modern enterprise human resource management,salary incentive mechanism is an important part of enterprise human resource management.It forms the growth system of enterprise management system through the organic combination of various incentive actions of enterprises,and forms the inertia of managers under the long-term and continuous operation,thus actively changing the working mood of practitioners.Based on the importance of R&D department,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions,which can provide reference for pharmaceutical enterprises to recommend R&D centers to improve their R&D capabilities,improve their core competitiveness and promote their healthy and sustainable development.It is precisely because of the importance of medical research and development,medical talents have been highly valued by the industry,which has a key significance for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.However,at the present stage,there are some problems in medical enterprises,such as difficulties in talent introduction,lack of talent training and serious brain drain.XX Pharmaceutical Enterprise is a traditional large-scale pharmaceutical enterprise.How to adapt to the development trend of the industry and meet the needs of the new era requires enterprises to speed up the pace of product research and development.Because of the particularity of the pharmaceutical industry,medical R&D personnel usually need to have more professional theoretical knowledge and basic skills than other professions,and have a higher sense of innovation.Based on this talent characteristics,XX pharmaceutical enterprises' decision makers should improve the knowledge of talent management,formulate scientific talent management system based on the particularity of talent,maximize the enthusiasm for innovation and research of talent,improve the satisfaction of talent,and avoid brain drain.In addition,in order to give full play to the value of talent and improve the talent input-output ratio,XX Pharmaceutical Enterprises should establish a systematic salary system to ensure that the pay of talent gets the reward it deserves.In order to achieve the goal of this study,this paper adopts the following structure to achieve the solution: Firstly,the paper takes the salary incentive of R&D personnel in XX pharmaceutical enterprises as the main research object,elaborates the related concepts of salary incentive,the basic functions of salary incentive and the theoretical basis of salary incentive,and constructs the salary incentive theory as the main theoretical basis.Secondly,based on the basic characteristics and management characteristics of salary incentive,this paper introduces the gender,age,length of service,educational background and composition of R&D personnel in XX Pharmaceutical Enterprise by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.With the help of field investigation and interview,the current salary incentive in XX Pharmaceutical Enterprise is introduced.The implementation of the mechanism is studied and the enterprise's appearance in this respect is described comprehensively.Based on a thorough investigation of the actuality of salary incentive system implemented by XX Pharmaceutical Enterprises for R&D personnel,relevant conclusions are drawn,and combined with the effective conclusions obtained,suggestions and improvement strategies for the implementation of salary incentive mechanism by XX Pharmaceutical Enterprises for R&D personnel are constructively given.
