Human resource is the most important resource of enterprise,is the main source of enterprise core competitiveness.Any enterprise want to occupy the advantageous position in the fierce market competition,must establish and improve the enterprise human resources management system,optimize the structure of enterprise human resources management,system design,enhancement of compensation incentive,thought the promotion enterprise's core competitiveness,and provide the necessary human resources to achieve the goal of strategic development.Laos is located in the southeast Asia,China,South Asia,the important "three area" the economic zone,known as the "window of the association of south-east Asian nations(Asian)","golden waterway","southeast Asia the cork" reputation,the geographical position is superior.has become the largest country in the investment are in Laos,2017 year China investment in Laos alone more than $2 billion.Laos expansion of investment in Chinese enterprises,Chinese number continues to increase,promoted the Laos macro to micro economic development,social progress,but also to improve the living standards of residents has played a positive role in promoting.Laos Chinese-invested enterprises employment of staff,in both wages and in terms of overall welfare,are evident in Laos domestic investment in the construction of the "treatment" of the enterprise,thus attractive a large number of excellent employees to Chinese enterprises obtain employment.However,with the rapid development of the economy and the increase of the other countries overseas investment projects,the Lao Chinese enterprises staff salary incentive appeared many problems,how to,can solve these problems has become the important factors affecting the development of Laos Chinese companies.This topic to two-factor theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,fair theory,strengthening and attribution theory as a guide,using the method of questionnaire investigation,literature review and other research methods,research,analysis of Laos Chinese-invested enterprises salary incentive to improve employee problem.This paper first research on the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the related theoretical basis were summarized;Then,focusing on Chinese Laos have investigated the current situation of the enterprise employees incentive analysis,reveals the Laos Chinese-invested enterprise employees incentive of compensation structure is not reasonable,the incentives of a single,lack of quantitative indicators,ignoring the employee needs,performance appraisal is not scientific,and checks and balances mechanism is not sound and so on the questions and specific reasons lead to these problems;On this basis,the focus from to renew the idea of salary incentive,and improve the mechanism of enterprise salary management,optimizing the structure of salary,salary incentive mode innovation,build the advanced culture of salary incentive,improve the employees' career rules,improve and perfect the staff performance evaluation incentive,etc,this paper discusses the Laos Chinese enterprises staff salary incentive to improve concrete countermeasures,this to inspire Laos "passion" of Chinese enterprises the staff,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the rapid development of Laos Chinese-invested enterprises has certain practical significance.
