In recent years.with the rapid development of China's insurance industry,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In this case,all of the insurance company need to improve internally,and it is crucial to stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Employee's job satisfaction affects employee's work enthusiasm and creativity to a large extent.However,in recent years,the insurance industry generally appear low staff quality,high staff turnover rate and low staff satisfaction,and these situations are becoming thorny issues for enterprise human resource managers.So,how to select,nurture,use and retain valuable employees in a better way,and how to improve employee satisfaction and motivate employees has become an important issue worthy of further study.In this paper I will take Heze branch of ZL insurance company as a case.In order to analysis the insurance company employee's job satisfaction and its influencing factors scientific and meaningful,I will use theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey.In order to explore the job satisfaction of insurance company employees and its influencing factors in a better way,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,theoretical analysis.empirical analysis and case investigation analysis.Except the introduction part as first chapter,the basic logical structure and main contents of the paper are as follows:First part,the related theoretical basis.Firstly,defining the core concepts of this paper clearly,including employee satisfaction and employees of insurance companies and so on.Then,introducing relevant theories about employee job satisfaction,including hierarchy of needs theory,double-factor theory,target setting theory,fair theory and expectation theory.At last,According to the above relevant theories,Summarizing the main factors that affect the employee's job satisfaction,including human resource management factors,corporate culture factors and individual characteristic difference factor.Second part,explore the job satisfaction aboutHeze branch of ZL insurance company employees and its influencing factors.Firstly,introducing the current situation about Heze branch of ZL insurance company.Then,with the material returns,spiritual returns,growth and development,working group,work itself,working environment and corporate culture these seven dimensions to investigate the quantitative measurement of employees'job satisfaction about 120 employees within the insurance company.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,on these seven dimensions,job satisfaction was ranked from highest to lowest are spiritual returns.,working group,work itself,working environment,growth and development,working environment and material returns.Secondly,the lowest satisfaction score among all factors was bonuses,overtime pay,promotions,career development,retention of talent.At last,According to the questionnaire survey data and the above theoretical basis part about the general influencing factors of employee satisfaction,basing on human resource management f'actors(performance appraisal,salary system,internal promotion,training mechanism),personal factors(gender,age,education background,working years,position)and corporate culture factors to analysis the impacts of the company's staff job satisfaction of the main factors deeply.Third part,basing on the above factors that influence the employee job satisfaction about Heze branch of ZL insurance company,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve onthe employee's job satisfaction of Heze branch of ZL insurance company.Mainly including optimizing the performance appraisal mechanism,establishing a reasonable salary system,smoothing the channels for employee promotion,promoting the construction of the company's internal culture,and improving the company's training mechanism.The innovation of this paper is taking the employee's job satisfaction as the object of study and using qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the employee job satisfaction and the influence of satisfaction about Heze branch of ZL insurance company.
