Employee's Satisfaction and Employee's Commitment are important concepts of Human Resource Management, which also have always been of great importance in theory and business domain. They directly related to product quality and customer's satisfaction, thereby affecting the success of hotel business.This paper explored the concept of Hotel Employee's Satisfaction and Commitment, also the interrelationship between them. Through the survey, we get the conclusions below:(1) Through the factor analysis, we get six major factors of Employee's Satisfaction, they are: rewards, work itself, working environment, working relationships, hotel itself, working load.(2) Through the variance analysis, there are differences on Employee's Commitment by personal facts. Seniority, post, education and salary have significant effect on Employee's Commitment. They are all positive. Sex, age and department have no significant effect on Employee's Commitment.(3) Through regression analysis and correlation analysis, Employee's Satisfaction and its factors both have correlations with Employee's Commitment. There is a significant correlation between Employee's Satisfaction and Employee's Commitment, and it's positive. Satisfaction of work itself, satisfaction of working load, satisfaction of rewards, satisfaction of relationships, seniority, post, education and salary have significant correlations with Employee's Commitment, the correlations are positive. Working environment, hotel itself, department, age, sex have no correlation with Employee's Commitment. Satisfaction of work itself, satisfaction of working load, satisfaction of rewards, satisfaction of relationships, seniority, and education can forecast and explain Employee's Commitment.(4) Quality of hotel service, customer satisfaction and profits are directly related to Employee's Commitment rather than Employee's Satisfaction. Therefore, research in future should focus on Employee's Commitment in order to realize the efficient management of human resources.
