In modern companies, human resource management is to ensure that the human resources of a company can bring advantages in competition. If a company intends to gain core strengths, the company should build a working staff team with high satisfaction level and loyalty. One of the effective channels to measure the effectiveness of human resource management is to carry out the employment satisfaction survey, find out the main factors regarding employment satisfaction, to help a company determine how many demands of the employees have been met and what other demands should be met and how to meet employee demands. Retaining the talented people is an important performance indicator in assessing the human resource management achievements. Thereby leading to retain talent, to achieve enterprise human resource management are valid indicators.This thesis takes LR as an example and carrys out an employee satisfaction survey. This survey is carried out in the form of questionnaires and410copies of questionnaire are handed out and402copies are returned, the ratio is98.05%; the valid returned questionnaire are402copies and validity rate is100%. This thesis drafts the satisfaction survey questionnaire in light of six aspects, namely working conditions and atmosphere, human resource management, working rewards, corporate training, staff gaining and staff development. After the satisfaction survey questionnaire are returned, SPSS17is adopted to conduct descriptive analysis, relevant analysis, variance analysis, the examination of reliability of the questionnaire data. With the analysis mentioned above, the author aims to learn the overall satisfaction level of LR employees, examine the main factors affecting the auto maker’s staff satisfaction, to understand what the staff are thinking, listen to staff opinions, and provide effective theory basis to improve leadership and management methods.At last, this thesis combines the research results and actual situations of LR and explores the management methods of administering the staff, making them have higher sense of belonging and retaining the talented persons, and provide advice and support regarding increasing employee satisfaction and effectively motivating employees.
