The important factor of enterprise core competitiveness is human resources.The development of employees directly affects the survi val and development of the enterprise.The working environment,work content,management level and work return will also affect employee satisfaction.The insurance company is a financial service industry,customer satisfaction and enterprise management.There is a direct relationship bet ween the results and the level of employee satisfaction.The improvement of employee satisfaction can reduce the rate of employee turnover,effectively reduce human cost and improve work efficiency,improve the management level of the enterprise,guarantee the good development of the enterprise,and realize the sustainable value growth.On the basis of the study of employee satisfaction related theory,this paper takes A insurance company employees as the research object,uses literature reference,questionnaire survey,empirical qualitative and quantitative analysis and other methods to carry on the research,combined with the general situation of A insurance companies and the status of employee satisfaction,through the questionnaire survey,the use of SPSS19.0 statistical software analyses the sample survey data and summarizes the main problems of employee satisfaction in A insurance company: salary return and work intensity,job mismatch;long working time;great work pressure;lack of staff career plann ing guidance;office environment is more crowded;performance evaluation results should be It is not obvious;staff promotion channels are single;all systems are not operable;management execution is not high;Communication effectiveness and communication channels are not smooth enough.According to the five dimensions of work reward,work environment,enterprise management,work group,and work content,13 employees' satisfaction and promotion measures are put forward,including the optimization of salary satisfaction,"diversified" career development,perfect training mechanism,rational use of staff working hours,good office conditions,and deepening the reform of the company system.To promote the company's humanized management,optimize the organizational structure and business process,carry out the corporate culture,the smooth communication channels,the appropriate empowerment of the employees,the harmonious interpersonal relationship,the establishment of the job rotation system,the deepening of the application of new technology,and the establishment of the system,organization and resource input.Guarantee,ensure the effective implementation of the promotion measures,and gradually improve the level of employee satisfaction of A insurance company.Although this research aims at the employee satisfaction of A insurance company,this study can provide some reference and reference value for the improvement of employee satisfaction in other insurance companies.
