Storage is not only an important aspect of the commodities circulation, but the important pillar of logistics activities. In order to maintain social reproduction process, it is necessary to store a certain amount of goods to meet social production and consumption. Our storage industry is in the transitional phase from traditional stacking storage to modern stereoscopic storage. With the increasing value of land and rising labor costs, warehousing operations require to improve space utilization, reduce labor costs, and enhance rapid response. In this paper, the current slotting assignment of the finished products warehouse of W Corporation LCM modules as research background, to explore how to use Genetic Algorithm to solve the hybrid storage of stereoscopic warehouse and plane warehouse. On the basis of a detailed analysis of warehouse operation process, this paper focuses on the slotting assignment and optimization problem of the warehouse hybrid storage. Based on the dynamic random storage strategy, regarding the storage efficiency involving turnover rate, shelf stability, product type and length of storage time on the shelves as optimal control objectives, this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization model of the hybrid storage slotting assignment. To simplify the calculations and improve the efficiency of genetic algorithm, this paper applies improved genetic operators and the weight coefficient method to change multi-objective problem into a single objective problem, what’s more, the bulk cargo is solved by the integer programming of operations research, reducing the round trip times of the forklift. Finally, acquiring product information and setting the basic parameters of the mathematical model, solving the model by matlab software, judging from the three-dimensional simulation graphics, adaptive genetic algorithm used in this paper enables the multi-objective optimization model of slotting assignment effectively converge to the optimal solution, three-dimensional simulation diagrams clearly show the optimization results. At the end of this paper, research work done on this subject and future research are summarized... |
