Banks are an important part of the national economy.As an effective management tool for enterprises,the Balanced Scorecard has been widely used in bank human resource management.Analyzing the current situation of bank performance management,there are still some problems,such as imperfect system construction,lack of security conditions,unreasonable evaluation index setting,inadequate application of evaluation results,inadequate communication and feedback channels,which reduce the competitiveness and social prestige of banks.In recent years,the Balanced Scorecard has been used as a set of scientific assessment systems.It is also an important tool for completing strategic layout.It can better grasp and evaluate the future by considering non-financial standards and long-term and driving standards.Performance.With the opening up policy and economic globalization,the financial supervision and management has been continuously strengthened.In order to seize the financial market,major commercial banks have continuously strengthened their strategic competition awareness and actively explored advanced strategic management methods.The Balanced Score Card(BSC)was born in the early 1990s.The method measures the performance level of the company from four aspects:finance,internal processes,customers,learning and growth.This system gives up the traditional method of considering the financial model of enterprise performance management,and is a set of new performance management evaluation system.In the process of writing,this paper uses the combination of analysis and practical operation to select CITIC H as the object of case study,focusing on the management characteristics and current situation of CITIC Bank H,with the help of balanced scorecard theory and domestic and international strategic practice.The relevant content of strategic management begins with an in-depth examination of the current performance management evaluation system of CITIC H Bank,so as to raise issues such as unreasonable assessment criteria,unclear strategic direction,and lack of quality of assessment personnel.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the external business environment and internal strategic direction of CITIC H Bank,and demonstrates the whole process of creating commercial value through the relevant strategic map system.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficient of each indicator,and the comprehensive index method is used to evaluate the implementation effect of the bank's strategic performance,so that CITIC H line continuously improves its management and competition level,and also feedbacks its existing problems and deficiencies,thus continuously improving.The bank's strategic performance evaluation,determine the dominant position of the balanced scorecard,comprehensively build the CITIC H line performance management evaluation system,and fully demonstrate the commercial value of the balanced scorecard in the financial field.
