Research On The Performance Management System Optimization Of WM Group Based On Balanced Scorecard

Performance management is not only an important module of enterprise human resource management,but also an effective tool for enterprise strategy landing.With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the group enterprises will inevitably face the difficulty of strategy landing from top to bottom.At the same time during 13 th Five-Year,rail transportation industry also developed rapidly,all are using the basic path of group development.In order to better carry out the strategic landing of the rail transport industry,it is particularly important to find a more suitable performance management tool.This paper takes the WM group as the research object,and applies the related theories and methods of the Balanced Scorecard to optimize the existing performance management system.First of all,this article clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the study,clarifies the research methods,ideas and frameworks,and puts forward the possible innovations in this study.Secondly,this article summarized the related theories of strategy,performance,performance management,strategic performance management;comparison of four kinds of main performance management tools,and the development of the BSC theory itself as well as the domestic and foreign scholars are introduced to optimize the extension of the theory.Then,the present situation of WM group,the existing performance management system,the previous research and the problems found in the daily work are described in detail.Then,based on the balanced scorecard method,the performance management system of WM group is simulated and optimized.From the preparation to construct strategic picture classification table,and the construction of the Balanced Scorecard and the performance plan support system.Finally,we review the whole process of the research,summarize the results of this research briefly,and propose possible shortcomings and limitations based on the current research situation,so as to guide the future optimization research.
