Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,urban construction has also entered a period of rapid development.As an important part of urban infrastructure construction,subways have attracted increasing attention from all walks of life.The subway operating company is responsible for the organization that provides high-quality,safe,and efficient services to the public.Its management level and capabilities directly affect the performance of the entire organization.As the specific operation and management department of Zhengzhou Metro operation,ZT has been established for five years.During the five years,optimization has been kept to improve the management system,methods,and efficiency.A relatively complete performance management system has been formed within the company,and applied to make an assessment plan at the end of each year based on the actual situation.However,with the developments in modern scientific technologies,integrated information,and worker’s structure,shortcomings of the current assessment management system become obvious and should be further optimized.So that the group’s strategic goals can be realized.Based on the comprehensive use of incentive theory,ERG theory,and human capital theory,this paper uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and field interviews to conduct an in-depth investigation of the current status of ZT company performance assessment management.There are problems such as mismatch between performance management and company strategy,too much emphasis on financial indicators in performance indicators,and an in-depth analysis of these issues.Then,based on this,the balanced scorecard method is applied to performance assessment management,and corporate performance management optimize.This can help ZT companies realize the importance of performance management to the entire company’s operation and management.By establishing a targeted performance assessment management system,they can fully motivate their work and further improve the company’s overall performance.At the same time,the research conclusions of this paper can also provide some reference value for other companies when they encounter the same or similar problems...
