At present,the opening up of China's financial industry is constantly strengthening.Many foreign banks with sufficient capital and mature relationship systems are not entering the Chinese market,making the low-investment and high-return environment that commercial banks in China have been in the past.Inter-bank competition is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,China's economic growth has slowed down,Internet finance has impacted the traditional financial industry,interest rate marketization reform is accelerating,and the banking industry situation can be said to be quite severe.In terms of performance evaluation,most commercial banks in China still use the past assessment methods that do not pay attention to non-financial indicators,which seriously restricts the healthy and long-term development of commercial banks themselves and the overall financial market.Therefore,commercial banks should be strategically oriented to build a scientific performance evaluation system to comprehensively consider financial factors and non-financial factors,thereby improving their own management.The emergence of the Balanced Scorecard can solve this problem.The reason for this is that the Balanced Scorecard contains four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth,which covers the overall operation of commercial banks.The scope,content and procedures need to evaluate the elements of performance evaluation,which can just make up for the shortcomings of traditional performance appraisal methods,and also adapt well to the future development goals and directions of commercial banks,and can promote the operation of commercial banks.Taking C commercial bank as the specific research object,this paper introduces and analyzes its current performance evaluation status.Then,starting from the actual situation of C commercial bank,it draws a strategic development chart.From the four dimensions of balanced scorecard,it designs the assessment indicators of C commercial bank.In addition,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to calculate and clarify the weights of indicators in each dimension,so as to construct the performance evaluation system of C commercial bank based on the balanced scorecard.At the same time,it also states the matters that should be paid attention to in C commercial bank's implementation of the performance evaluation system based on and centered on the balanced scorecard.Finally,also pointed out the shortcomings of this paper,looking forward to the future development of balanced scorecard.
