In recent years,with the rapid development of the securities market,securities firms have been laying out in succession,seeking transformation,reducing the impact of the market on the company,and intensifying competition in the securities industry.At present,the concentration of head securities firms has further strengthened.Small and medium-sized securities firms have difficulties in surviving.If they can not keep up with the pace of large securities firms and break out of the circle among many small and medium-sized securities firms,they will have difficulties in surviving in the future.With the liberalization of the securities industry,the joining of foreign securities firms and the opening of securities companies,the competition for talents becomes more and more fierce.Performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,as an important part of modern human resources management,has been used late in the securities industry and has many shortcomings in practice.Over the years,head securities firms have begun to reform their performance management by using refined management theory,and achieved good results.In particular,some securities firms learn from other industries to launch a headquarters-department-business three-level performance management model,in order to achieve more detailed management.However,most companies are too formalized when they use these theories for reference,and many problems have arisen.They have not explored a set of models that conform to their own characteristics.How to solve these problems and explore a performance appraisal mechanism in line with the reality of the securities industry has become a key consideration for securities firms.This thesis takes the operation management department of C Securities Company as the research object,under the guidance of human resource theory such as refinement theory,system theory,incentive theory and demand theory,drawing on the research theory of performance management of domestic and foreign experts and practical experience inside and outside the industry,analyses the existing problems and causes of the performance appraisal scheme of the operation management department of C Securities Company.Based on the current development of the industry and the characteristics of the operation management department of C Securities Company,the performance appraisal scheme is designed.According to the strategic objectives of the operation management department,the method,index evaluation and evaluation results are used to design and eliminate the evaluation differences among different departments according to the work objectives and indicators.The purpose is to motivate employees,improve their work enthusiasm,so that they can improve the operational capacity of the operation management department,and achieve the work objectives of the department.In terms of the implementation of the new scheme,this paper puts forward some suggestions for senior managers to attach great importance to it,strengthen the construction of staff and establish an information management system.I hope to provide some guidance and help or suggestions for the performance appraisal work of the operation management department of C Securities Company.
