With the development of technology, the speed of 3C electronic product replacement is getting faster and faster, resulting in a large number of discarded or idle 3C products. The traditional recycling model is informal and cannot realize the effective use of resources.Under these circumstances,Internet-based recycling platforms have emerged.A company is an integrated retail e-commerce platform based on the Internet. In order to expand its business,A company entered the field of reverse logistics of used 3C products at the end of 2017.However,this business still has problems such as time consuming, inefficient, and low user satisfaction. In this context, based on the investigation of the related departments of A company's 3C product reverse logistics business, this paper firstly analyzes the current status of reverse logistics business and detailed the business process.Secondly, this paper constructs the Petri net model of A company's reverse logistics business process to analyze the internal activity relationship of the process, and introduce the stochastic Petri net and its isomorphic Markov chain to analyze performance of each node. Finally, according to the results of Petri net and Markov chain analysis, the business process is optimized to obtain new business processes. The paper analyzes the optimization results by comparing the system performance indicators before and after optimization. The results show that the optimized business process system performance indicators are better, indicating that the optimized business process runs more efficiently. The research conclusions of the paper can provide some reference for the related research of other enterprises. This article has 27 pictures,31 tables, and 46 references.
