| Human beings enjoy the rich fruits of fast development of globe economy in resent years, while they are also suffered by a series of problems, such as energy sources deficiency\resource ruin. Apart form this, the increasingly standardized international market environment and the gradually shortened product lifecycle lead enterprises to face more severe market competition and challenge. In order to have an upper hand in a new round of reorganization of cards of globe economy, the enterprises extend the olive branch to the new field of logistics industry—reverse logistics. In order to survival and development, manufacturing enterprises expand their business including new areas of logistics, reverse logistics gradually, to realize the objectives of saving cost, raising customer satisfaction, protecting the environment and so on.The manufacturing is the sunrise industry of China, whose development not only will influence the whole manufacturing business, but also will drive the development of the national economy. Presently, the theory research is concentrated on forward logistics of automobile manufacturing industry chiefly while the reverse logistics which related to it have not yet come into people's eyesight. Besides, there are a series of problems in reverse logistics of our manufacturing industry, such as low level of mechanization, less of specialized equipment, lack of support of capital and technology, backward of informationlization, etc. Therefore, if the automobile manufacturing enterprises want to remain invincible in intense market competition and keep developing, they must make reasonable market orientation based on product characteristic, investment cost and existing logistic system, finding the operation model of reverse logistics that is suitable to enterprises' own development, rationalizing their reverse logistics processes and improving the quality of economic growth in manufacturing enterprises.To achieve the purpose of the study, this article research the reverse logistics optimization problems of manufacturing process from the following aspects.Introduction chapter, this chapter includes the significance of the research projects, research at home and abroad, the main research content and potential innovations and research methods. Chapter II, describing the type of reversal logistics in manufacturing enterprises and the process; in this chapter, analyzes the characteristics of reverse logistics in manufacturing enterprises. On this basis, classify the types of the reverse logistics according to its origin, describe three type reverse logistics processes in the last .Chapter III, Petri net theory, this chapter introduce the theory of Petri nets from the basic concepts,characteristic and analysis method.Chapter IV , modeling Petri net-based reverse logistics process for manufacturing enterprises, after the giving the steps of building the modeling, this chapter build Petri net model rejecting to return, recall and recovery reverse logistics model respectively. finally, simulate and analyze the three Petri net models for performance, and optimize the original one to get a more rational process.Chapter V ,empirical optimization research on the o Petri net-based reverse logistics process, this chapter use Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd as an example, apply theoretical methods in this article, simulate and optimize a reverse logistics process of one manufacturer under the Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd, to get a more rational process after optimization .Chapter VI, Conclusions and outlook, this chapter gives a summary of the full text. On this basis, arise the lack of research with a view to further study in future.From the perspective of three type, this paper apply the Petri net theory to simulate and optimize the reverse logistics process in manufacturing enterprises ,and provide advice on the optimization of reverse logistics for manufacturing enterprises. |
