| In the circumstance of fierce competition of the global market, when the space ofproduction cost reduction by reducing the materials consumption and improving laborproductivity becomes smaller and smaller, logistics as the foundation and link of enterpriseproduction activities is making a rapid development; its importance has been approved bybusiness community and academic circle. Numerous enterprises at home and abroad havetaken logistics as "the third profits source". As the rationality of the logistics process directlyaffects the efficiency of enterprise production operation, enterprise logistics processoptimization and reorganization receive more value by business community and academiccircle. At the same time, along with the shortage of resources, the implementation of laws andregulations, and the urgent request of environment protection, reverse logistics walks intopeople’ view, and receives people’s extensive attention.However, due to the cost of reverse logistics implementation is larger, some largemanufacturing enterprise through the standardization and modular design can to a certainextent, but the implementation of reverse logistics separates from forward logistics, or thereverse logistics can’t implement fully that can’t make full use of the resources of forwardlogistics, therefore causes the waste of resources and low efficiency.Therefore, in order to expand logistics function, improve the logistics process integrationlevel, and promote the exchange and sharing of the two logistics resources, this article willstudy the logistics process with reverse logistics function from the following aspects:First ofall, on the basic of given this topic research significance, research status, the main researchideas, methods, contents and the place of innovation such as possible, it defines the functionof reverse logistics and logistics process with reverse logistics function, classifies theenterprise logistics process with reverse logistics function, then, introduces the related theoryof Petri nets and the knowledge of simulation. Second, it describes the enterprise logisticsprocess with reverse logistics function, including the enterprise logistics process withreturn/exchange function, the enterprise logistics process with recall function, the enterpriselogistics process with recover function’s organizational architecture and description. Then, itapplies Petri nets to model the above three processes, then analyses activeness, the characterof and accessibility of the models by invariant.Finally, it analyses the existing logisticsprocess and discovers the deficiencies which takes the logistics process of China NationalHeavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Fuqiang Power Co. Ltd as the example, then carries animprovement and simulation which proves the latter is superior to the former.The above study demonstrates that models are practical that can provide some references and optimizations to enterprises which implement forward and reverse logistics dividually, orthe integration level of them is low.The study can also improve the level of integration withthe flexible, dilute the uncertainty of reverse logistics; save enterprise operating costs andrealize the resource shared; further promote the good social image of enterprise, and realizethe revitalization of logistics industry and promote the development of circulation economy... |
