Since the outbreak of COVID-19,all walks of life have been affected by the epidemic.Although enterprises are faced with risks,they are also full of opportunities.With the rapid development of modern social economy and science and technology,the domestic logistics industry has achieved unprecedented development in the past ten years.As the third source of profit,modern logistics has been increasingly emphasized by enterprises.As a branch of modern logistics,warehouse logistics involves all walks of life.The optimization and reorganization of warehouse logistics business process become very important in the development of enterprises.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to their own warehousing and logistics business process,hoping to improve the efficiency of each operation link in warehousing and logistics by optimizing and reorganizing the existing business process,reduce the cost of manpower and material resources in the operation link,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on the above background,this paper mainly carries out the following work and research.First of all,by consulting materials and conducting field research on relevant business departments of the Hefei factory of W Company,I got to know and master the raw material warehousing and logistics business and process of the Hefei factory of W Company.Secondly,the Petri net model of two business processes of raw materials inbound logistics and in-factory logistics is constructed,and the performance of the two models is analyzed by using the correlation matrix analysis method and PIPE software modeling and simulation to ensure the correctness of the constructed models.Then,the correlation matrix recombination algorithm was used to clarify the internal activity relations among subnets in the original process model,find out the operation links to be optimized and put forward improvement measures.Finally,the optimized Petri net model is constructed,and its performance and optimization effect are analyzed to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of the optimized model.Based on the statistics to optimize business process changes before and after the total amount and the average total time in a case of the goods in process,after comparing the calculated efficiency of optimization,the changes of the comparison and analysis results show that the optimized business process quantity and process time is lower than before,proves that the optimized business process model is correct and effective.Figure [19] Table [25] Reference [56]...
