| With the arrival of speed economic times,the air logistics has become an important engine of economic development.The airlines have increased large investment,in order to acquire more economic benefits.There are two modes in studies of air logistics.One is based in the central of airports,the other is based in the central of airlines.The purpose of this research inclines to research the air logistics service processes,so we will take the first model.The research analyzed the characters of air logistics service processes and divided into two parts: one is the business process of leaving airport,the other is the business process of entering airport.Starting from actual processes,this research described the cargo facilities and problems in Beijing-Capital International Airport in a few words,and drew the picture of the processes,established the Petri net model for the processes.Based on the Petri net model,we used the analytic run of association matrix and place invariants to prove the model’s validity,take the means of association matrix restructuring and business process restructuring to optimize the mode,finally established a new Petri net model and analyzed its validity.By simulation of Tina software to the model,we compared the results of simulating the before and after optimization model to prove the validity of optimization.Meanwhile,compared with the participants’ time consumption in the before and after optimization,this research can prove the validity.It had a certain guiding role for air logistics processes in the research,but failed to analyze in the whole air logistics business processes and had certain limitations. |
