The Research On Green Technology Innovation Efficiency Of Listed Paper Enterprises In China

Paper industry is an important basic raw material production industry in our country.It plays an important role in our national economy and is also an indispensable industry for social development.A country with a high level of modernization and civilization must have a developed paper industry.However,the pollution problem of papermaking enterprises has always been the focus of environmental protection worldwide,while the rapid development of China’s papermaking industry has also brought serious environmental pollution problems.In this regard,innovation-driven has become the key to solving the problems of pollution and efficiency.As the main innovation subject of green technology,enterprises promote the development of green technology innovation and the industrialization of green technology innovation achievements.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the efficiency of green technology innovation in listed paper enterprises.Under the background of innovation-driven and green development,this paper takes green technological innovation as the research theme,takes Chinese listed papermaking enterprises as the research object,combines the characteristics and challenges of papermaking industry,and focuses on green technological innovation theory,input-output efficiency evaluation,efficiency influencing factors testing,countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,starting from the theoretical level,this paper analyses the connotation and characteristics of green technological innovation,combs the relevant theories,and puts forward the theoretical framework for the evaluation of green technological innovation efficiency.Then,from the characteristics of the paper industry,the green development and technological innovation status of listed papermaking enterprises and the main challenges they are facing,this paper presents the green technological innovation of listed papermaking enterprises in China.The new situation is briefly described;secondly,the analysis framework of green technology innovation efficiency of listed papermaking enterprises in China is put forward from the perspective of efficiency,and the corresponding evaluation methods and indicators are selected on this basis.Then,12 listed papermaking enterprises are selected as samples and their annual report data and patent data are obtained.By using the RAM joint efficiency model,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the joint efficiency,green efficiency and technological innovation efficiency of the listed papermaking enterprises from 2013 to 2017,and draws the following preliminary conclusions:overall technological innovation efficiency and green technology of the listed papermaking enterprises from 2013 to 2017 Innovation efficiency is relatively high,while green efficiency is relatively low,which indicates that the efficiency of technological innovation without considering pollution emission factors will lead us to misestimate the efficiency of technological innovation of listed enterprises in China’s paper industry.At the same time,it also shows that the low green efficiency is a drag on the overall efficiency of green technological innovation.Therefore,the key to improving the efficiency of green technological innovation of listed papermaking enterprises is to improve enterprise green efficiency.From the impact analysis of enterprise scale,we can see that the larger the scale of listed papermaking enterprises,the higher the efficiency of technological innovation,and the larger the scale of listed papermaking enterprises,the lower the green efficiency.Finally,on the basis of summing up the experience of green technology innovation policy at home and abroad,combined with the conclusions of this study,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for listed papermaking enterprises to improve the efficiency of green technology innovation.
