Research On The Efficiency Of Green Technology Innovation And Its Influencing Factors In Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In China

Since China's reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a rapid development stage,as a kind of brand-new appearance appear in front of the world.However,compared with the developed countries in the field of technology innovation in our country,our country still has certain gap,and the scarcity of environmental resources and the extensive economic model of high energy consumption,high input more serious,the contradiction between the face of the increasingly intense international competition,makes our country to put forward higher requirements on technology innovation.Technology innovation is not only in terms of the adjustment of industrial structure,on the economic growth mode transformation also has great role in promoting.However,insufficient technical innovation level in our country is one of the major problems of economic development.In addition,along with our country environment problem increasingly prominent,the urgent need for the sustainable development in our country,need us to change traditional technology innovation mode that only attaches great importance to the economic benefits of the traditional technology innovation,and we should promote economic and environmental benefits of green technology innovation efficiency.With academia to the attention of the efficiency of technological innovation,technological innovation efficiency and influencing factors of the relationship between the research become a hot research scholars;although many scholars to do a lot of work on it,and emerged a lot of theory and research method,but they had not yet formed a complete set of theory system;In addition,the environmental factors into the research framework,the research considering economic benefit and environmental benefit is less,this is not conducive to the sustainable development of technological innovation in our country.Therefore,the industrial enterprise of green technological innovation efficiency and influencing factors has studying practical value.In this paper,the energy consumption,CO₂ emissions and industrial emissions and other environmental factors has put into the research framework;we use the improved super efficiency DEA model to calculate the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of the traditional technology innovation efficiency and green technology innovation efficiency at the provincial level from 2005 to 2014,In addition,from the perspective of the whole,the four regions,a single province respectively we analyze the traditional technology innovation and green technology innovation.Each province is divided into four patterns at the same time,to find out the internal relations of technology innovation and development;we also from two aspects of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency to analyze green technical efficiency;the conclusion is that China's green technology innovation efficiency is too low.Finally,selecting regional development level,economic openness,government support and the revised five factors such as level of protection of intellectual property rights,research the relationship of green technology innovation The following conclusions:?1?Traditional technology innovation efficiency that did not consider the environmental factors is higher than that of green technology innovation efficiency;we know that ignoring environmental factors overestimate the technological innovation efficiency;In addition,the four regions according to the green technology innovation efficiency order from high to low in turn:eastern,western,central,northeast.?2?Less green technical efficiency reached effectivity in our country,but the efficiency value most in eastern provinces that is higher than the national average.Pattern classification of technological innovation in high-tech high economic efficiency and environment efficiency model of most provinces in the more developed eastern coastal area;Low science and technology,economic efficiency and environment efficiency model of provinces mainly focused on the economy is relatively underdeveloped the Midwest and northeast old industrial base;By decomposition of green technology innovation efficiency,pure technical efficiency is too low to be found in green technology innovation of the main causes of low efficiency.?3?The influence factors of green technology innovation research shows that the level of regional development,enterprise scale,the revised level three factors of intellectual property rights protection and green technology innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in our country has positive correlation.Based on green technology innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China and influencing factors of the above analysis,this paper respectively from the overall perspective,the regional development,pure technical innovation efficiency in industrial enterprise green technological innovation efficiency is given the corresponding policy recommendations.
