| Under the huge cost pressure from the tight environmental protection policy,forestry papermaking enterprises concern about the environment has become an unavoidable issue.If an enterprise does not take green technology innovation to adapt to the new normal and regard the green revolution as a new engine of development,it will lose the advantages in the new round of green competition.As the subject of green technology innovation,forestry papermaking enterprises have a crucial issue to explore the relationship to the attitude,behavior and performance of innovation.This is a key step for papermaking enterprises to carry out green technology innovation,and it is also related to enterprises’ future development.Here are the key problems to be solved in this paper:(1)How to analyze the inner connection between green technology and ecological civilization?(2)How to construct a green technology innovation “will-behavior-performance” SEM theoretical framework model of forestry papermaking enterprises?(3)How to reveal the relationship between innovation will,innovation behavior and innovation performance of green technology innovation in forestry papermaking enterprises?The main findings are as follows:Firstly,analyzed the following existing problems of green technology innovation in China’s forestry papermaking enterprises based on the reality:(1)small and medium enterprises have low adoption rate and lower innovation rate of green technology,(2)the technical level is low,focusing on the terminal treatment technology,(3)green management innovation is rather weak,the use result of green technology is poor,(4)being in a spontaneous state,basically in a passive,forced state,(5)differences existed in pollution control and emission characteristics between different scale enterprises,(6)enterprises’ self-development is weak.Secondly,studied CMM-GT-EC based on the above analyses.The result shows that green technology emphasizes rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of resources from design link,resource link,production link,marketing link,end link and logistics link to provide technological support to ecological civilization construction throughout the supply chain process.It also shows that the scientific property of ecological civilization stage is super-biological civilization from the perspective of evolution of human civilization,including natural and artificial super-biological civilization.Therefore by the driving of ecological civilization construction,it needs to vigorously develop the advanced technology of super-biological civilization,in order to promote the transformation of human production and lifestyle,and to restore the ecological environment.Thirdly,constructed a green technology innovation "will-behavior-performance" integrated theoretical model of forestry papermaking enterprises,based on CMM-GT-EC,the model of DTPB and TTF.The mechanism model shows that the green technology innovation performance of forestry papermaking enterprises influenced by cognition,norm,perceived behavior control,will and behavior of green technology innovation together.The green technology innovation behavior can be divided from supply chain dimension into four latent variables as source prevention innovation,green process innovation,terminal governance innovation and green management innovation.That is also a feature of this paper.Fourthly,conducted empirical researches on green technology innovation "will-behavior-performance" integrated theoretical model of forestry papermaking enterprises.The data were collected through field interview and questionnaire survey,and the model was tested by the SEM structural equation modeling.The results of the empirical analysis show that cognition,norm and perceived behavior control of green technology innovation have significant positive influence on innovation will;will and perceived behavior control of green technology innovation have significant positive influence on innovation behavior of source prevention,green process and terminal governance;green technology innovation norm has a significant positive influence on terminal governance innovation behavior;perceived behavior control of green technology innovation has a significant positive influence on green management innovation behavior;source prevention innovation,green process innovation and green management innovation have significant positive influence on forestry papermaking enterprise’s green technology innovation performance;terminal governance innovation has a significant negative influence on forestry papermaking enterprise’s green technology innovation performance;however,green technology innovation will cannot support green management innovation behavior or green technology innovation performance.Fifthly,according to the CMM-GT-EC in forestry papermaking enterprises and the structural analysis of green technology innovation system in forestry papermaking enterprises,combining the results of the empirical research,constructed the management system of green technology innovation for China’s forestry papermaking enterprises,from the respects of research & development subsystem,application subsystem,security subsystem,intermediary subsystem and ecological civilization construction subsystem of green technology innovation system in forestry papermaking enterprises.Finally,summarized innovation points of this paper and proposed research prospects.Innovation points are as follows:(1)the inner coupling mechanism of green technology and ecological civilization is studied from supply chain dimension;(2)the green technology innovation behavior was subdivided from four links of whole supply chain as source,process,terminal and management;(3)the green technology innovation "will-behavior-performance" theoretical model of forestry papermaking enterprises was constructed. |
