| Environmental protection and sustainable development have always been important issues in my country’s economic development.From the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",through the unremitting efforts of three five-year plans,my country’s ecological civilization construction has achieved certain results.Energy efficiency has been continuously improved,the emission of major pollutants has been greatly reduced,and green-driven development has achieved certain results.As the driving force and source of the green-driven development strategy,green technology has played a fundamental role in promoting my country’s green-driven development.From the transformation of production methods to the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure,it is inseparable from the support of green technology.Therefore,the status of green technology innovation also reflects my country’s green-driven development level to a certain extent,and its development efficiency also affects my country’s green-driven development level.At the same time,there are many factors that affect the efficiency of green technology innovation,and the direction and degree of influence of various factors on green technology innovation are also different.Therefore,this thesis studies the differences in the efficiency of green technology innovation in 30 provinces,cities and regions in my country from 2008 to 2019 and the mode of action,direction and extent of its driving factors,so as to have a basic understanding of the differences in green technology innovation in my country and the impact of related factors.understanding,and put forward corresponding solutions according to the relevant research results.For the efficiency difference of green technology innovation,a super-efficiency SBM model that can calculate undesired output is introduced,and its spatiotemporal evolution is analyzed with the help of Malmquist index and Moran’I index.The impact of green technology innovation efficiency in my country.Through the research,this thesis mainly draws the following conclusions:First,on the whole,my country’s green technology innovation efficiency shows a rising trend,but the regional development differences are more obvious.The eastern part is generally in a high state,the central part is the second,and the western part is the lowest.Second,from the perspective of time series evolution,the green technology innovation efficiency of most provinces is on the rise as a whole,but the way to promote its improvement is different.The eastern part mainly relies on technological progress,while the central part mainly relies on technical efficiency improvement.Both are weaker in the west;from the perspective of spatial evolution,the overall spatial difference is shrinking,but regional agglomeration also occurs,showing high-high,low-low agglomeration.Third,from the perspective of development status,most provinces are in a state of "low-low-low" development,that is,due to low input intensity,the output and efficiency of later green technology innovation are low,and there is a problem of insufficient input intensity.As an ideal development state of "low-high-high",Tianjin may also have redundant personnel and capital investment due to changes in its investment structure and efficiency.Fourth,from the perspective of various driving factors,the impact of different factors on green technology innovation is different,but the relevant results are not different under different matrix conditions.Among them,there is heterogeneity in environmental regulation.government innovation support has a positive effect but no spatial spillover.The level of economic development,the degree of opening to the outside world,and human capital also have positive effects on green technology innovation to varying degrees,but only human capital will have a spatial spillover effect under the conditions of a geospatial matrix;industrial structure has a negative impact on efficiency influence and has spatial spillover effects under the condition of geographic matrix.Finally,based on the above research results,this thesis puts forward corresponding policy opinions and solutions. |
