Research On The Operation Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Dacheng Group's Grain Industry Chain

"Food is the heaven for the people,and food is the first." In recent years,Henan Province,as a main grain producing area and a major grain processing province,has organized and set up a series of projects,such as "good Grain and Oil in China," High-quality Grain Project "and" Chinese Kitchen." Among them,Dacheng Group,which is located in the Huanghuai granary in southern Henan,has been expanding the grain industry chain of enterprises since 2007,"promoting agriculture through industry" promotes farmers' employment and income,helps local farmers out of poverty by means of "industrial poverty alleviation",promotes local economic growth and increases farmers' income,and guarantees national food security.In order to deeply study the operation of the whole grain industry chain of Dacheng Group,the theoretical basis of the whole grain industry chain management of Dacheng Group was explained by using the theory of circular economy and industrial integration and the theory of smiling curve.The operation of the whole grain industry chain of Dacheng Group was analyzed by using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and case study.Dacheng Group took flour processing business as its core business at the beginning of its establishment,and gradually formed chain-type grain industry chain management mode through group integration.With the help of the horizontal extension of rice,barley and buckwheat grain chain,Dacheng Group gradually evolved to chain-type management mode.In the whole grain industry chain management process,Dacheng Group has achieved remarkable results.Agricultural comprehensive service ensures farmers' income increase,cooperative operating efficiency reduces enterprise costs,staple food processing promotes the expansion and extension of the industrial chain,scientific and technological innovation promotes value chain appreciation.However,enterprises are also facing certain operational problems,such as the decline of local supply of high-quality raw grain,unreasonable product structure of the group,and the need to improve brand awareness.By means of field research data and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Dacheng Group's whole grain industry chain operation,the causes of the above problems are analyzed.To realize Dacheng Group's grain industry chain management to transform and upgrade should draw lessons from the industrial chain expansion and value-added and the development experience of excellent enterprises at home and abroad.Aiming at the current problems faced by Dacheng Group in the operation of the whole grain industry chain,we can draw lessons from the development experience of the four major international grain merchants,COFCO,Shandong Zhongyu Group and other enterprises.Finally,the concrete measures to enhance the whole grain industry chain operation of Dacheng Group are put forward: strengthening the support capacity of scientific and technological innovation,building the benefit-sharing mechanism of industrial chain,implementing the core business strategy of deep processing business,double-wheel driving of entity operation and capital operation,and strengthening the competitive strength of online sales platform.
