At present,China’s agricultural economy is in the stage of rapid development,and in recent years,it has reached an important development node of agricultural economy.The high-quality development of agricultural economy is related to the construction of socialist modernization and the improvement of people’s happiness.Therefore,we must adhere to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,further develop rural complex,promote the full integration of agriculture and other industries,strengthen the development potential of agriculture,and then realize the real agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.In recent years,rural complex has been gradually recognized by the market and has achieved a very good space for development.Government departments are also trying to build this new agricultural development model.On the one hand,in order to improve the rural economic development and the introduction of various talents for the countryside,accelerate the development of rural areas,promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas;,on the other hand,mobilize peasants to participate in the inner motive power of development and construction,at the same time of improving rural people’s livelihood construction,can effectively improve the quality of rural residents’ life,and promote the development of rural economy,makes the rural civilization degree and economic modernization degree ascending simultaneously,increasing the income of rural residents,and then add impetus to development and common prosperity.This paper analyses the current situation of handan rural complex,at the same time this research through the construction of rural complex evaluation standard to build two agricultural park for scientific evaluation and research,after investigation and quantitative evaluation and concluded the current handan rural complex under construction though rapid development of hardware and software facilities equipped with a complete,However,there are still some problems such as single development mode,low management level,need to accelerate the training of new talents,introduction of new technology,lack of overall design and planning,regional characteristics of products are not distinct,agricultural development has not formed its own brand effect and so on.Therefore,in the future development of Handan Rural complex,we must pay attention to the overall planning layout;Unique pastoral complex products;Brand effect promotion in the market;And government policy guidance and support;Combined with the current situation of the region to carry out the development of rural complex.
