| The paper is based on the case study of Company A.Company.A was established in June 2018 and is a subsidiary of Ningxia State-owned Assets Investment Holding Group Co.,Ltd.,which is affiliated to Ningxia State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.The company is mainly engaged in IT informationization and big data operation related business.Company A is the pilot unit of mixed ownership system of Ningxia SDIC Group.It tries first in the reform of mixed ownership system.At the beginning of its establishment,the company plans the internal labor relations,employee stock ownership and salary system according to the policies of mixed ownership reform..Since Company A’s business is dominated by information projects,the main mode of business management is project management.This paper summarizes the practical problems that A company has in the process of IT project management,and hopes to use the theory,methods and tools of project management to solve the practical problems in enterprise project management.The research is based on the classic theory of project management,with reference to the PMBOK project management system proposed by the American Project Management Association.The five knowledge areas of integration,communication,risk,human resources and procurement,which have the closest relationship with the development and management of Company A,were selected.By analyzing the problems of A company in IT project management,and carrying out targeted research on existing problems,combined with theoretical analysis and looking for improvement countermeasures,a project management plan suitable for Company A is proposed.Finally,through the follow-up study on the implementation effect of Project Management of Company A,confirm the effectiveness of the scheme,and propose a more feasible scheme in combination with the problem. |
