| In order to cope with the increasingly fierce international competition and challenges,promote China’s economy to maintain high-speed growth and move towards high-end level,the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises has become an important means to promote economic prosperity under the new normal.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of the Vision for 2035,it is particularly emphasized that the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises should be deepened,and the governance mechanism and supervision system of mixed ownership enterprises should be explored and implemented,which are different from those of wholly state-owned and wholly-owned companies.The new round of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises has put forward higher requirements for the operation of state-owned enterprises,and the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises and its economic consequences have become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.State-owned enterprises,as the anchor of social stability and economic development in Tibet,are related to the stability of the border areas and the continuous and effective promotion of the Party’s strategy of governing Tibet,and there is a lack of literature on the implementation of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in Tibet and its economic consequences.This paper combs the property right theory,principal-agent theory and other theories related to the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises through literature research,and summarizes the methods of enterprise performance evaluation,which lays the foundation for later research.Through investigation and research,the implementation of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in Tibet and the understanding of relevant personnel on mixed reform were investigated.Further,through the case study of Tibet tourism,this paper explores the process,motivation,mode of mixed transformation and its impact on performance of case enterprises.Tibet tourism,as the first listed company in Tibet,has a high proportion of tourism,cultural media and other businesses,which has made an important contribution to the development of Tibet’s cultural tourism industry.The company started the mixed transformation earlier and has a long process of mixed transformation.Its mixed transformation experience can provide reference for the mixed transformation of local enterprises.Through the study,it is found that after the two mixed changes,the overall performance of Tibetan tourism enterprises shows a good trend.In terms of market effect,the news of mixed system reform has no impact on the company’s stock price,and there is no obvious rise and fall in the market;From the financial performance point of view,the first year of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,its financial performance comprehensive score is higher than in previous years;From the perspective of business performance,the industrial structure is more diversified after the mixed reform,the business income and total assets turnover rate in the management level are improved compared with those before the mixed reform,and the management level of enterprises is improved to a certain extent.Through the above research,it provides a reference for other state-owned enterprises in Tibet Autonomous Region which have not yet implemented the mixed reform and are in the process of mixed reform,and also provides practical significance for promoting the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in Tibet more smoothly,improving the management of state-owned enterprises and equity checks and balances,and promoting a more rational allocation of social resources. |
