In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the strategic resources of the enterprise has been transformed into information and knowledge, which means that the new strategy had focused on corporate human resources. The basic element to create corporate value is human resources, the most valuable resource in all. The core of corporate value created by human recourses is that how to motive human resources service for the enterprise’s strategic objectives effectively. With the development of economic society and the improvement of staff quality, the incentive ways of corporate human resources is from the traditional wage incentive to other aspects like a promotion. Compared with the past, the motivating force also has been changed from pure material incentives to comprehensive motivational system which includes short-term incentives and long-term incentives.NF Company is a large state-owned road and bridge engineering firm; it makes a long-term commitment to the provision of transport infrastructure and management. Subject to the operating characteristics of construction enterprises, however, it focused on other aspects of management little else than production and construction. As a result, the company’s human resources incentives remained at a low level. Based on these problems, the author given the measures for improvement by using the theory and methods of modern human resource incentives, as well as absorbing incentive mechanism design and the idea of principal-agent theory in view of the present incentive situation. By studying comparatively, NF Company firstly should establish the strategic direction of human resource planning objectives, and give full play to the role of strategic objectives incentives. The Second thing should do is that establishing a comprehensive, three-dimensional human resource assessment and evaluation system. Finally, the author argues that NF Company should guarantee the effectiveness of incentives by the establishment of human resources management information platform, the reinforcement of career planning training, the improvement of leadership skills and others. This paper aims to combine theory and practice to solve the problems of the human resources incentives in NF Company, while effectively raising the level of human resources incentives to lay a solid foundation for the realization of human resources corporate strategic objectives.
