Research On The Development Strategy Of Hunan T Company

In recent years,with the profound changes in China’s economic and social environment,the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially traditional industries,are facing the urgent requirements of industrial adjustment and transformation and development.To this end,the ability to formulate a correct development strategy is the key to the success or failure of enterprise transformation.T Company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the environmental management technology and equipment manufacturing of the tobacco industry.As the overall investment and development of the tobacco industry slows down,the related industries surrounding the survival and development of the industry are also deeply affected.In order to make the company’s sustainable development,the company is forced to focus on transformation and development,and develop corresponding development strategies.Based on the research of strategic management theory,this paper sorts out and summarizes the concept,characteristics and types of strategic management at home and abroad as well as the development status,problems and countermeasures.Secondly,on the basis of detailed analysis of T’s internal and external development environment,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and compare T’s external opportunities and risks,internal advantages and disadvantages,and propose corresponding development strategy goals and plans.Finally,through the evaluation and selection of strategic programs,the conclusions of adopting the hybrid strategy(ST strategy)are drawn.At the same time,the corresponding implementation approaches and safeguard measures are proposed to provide countermeasures for the smooth transformation of T Company.This paper seeks to develop a strategic path suitable for the company’s development by studying the development status of the target enterprise and the actual situation of the industry environment,combining various theories and methods.Proposing corresponding implementation strategies and safeguard measures will have certain guiding significance for the company’s sustainable development and the promotion of the transformation and upgrading of school-based cooperative enterprises.
