Medical industry is the relationship between human life and health industry,domestic and global have maintained a rapid development.LKYL Company as a member of the domestic medical industry force,according to their own development needs and future market demand,and gradually adjust the business strategy,from the original film-based image information recording material system service providers gradually to the direction of the development of the medical industry plate.In this paper,the EFE matrix is used to analyze the external factors of the company.It shows that the enterprise has better ability to respond to the external environment,and can take advantage of the advantages to avoid the threat.Then,the five-force model and the CPM matrix are used to further analyze the competitive environment of the enterprise,Showing that enterprises are in a more competitive state of the industry,its products have certain advantages,product quality also need to further enhance the use of IFE matrix on the company’s internal environment to do a careful analysis shows that the internal situation in a strong state,The further development.And then through the internal and external analysis of the internal advantages of enterprises,disadvantages and external opportunities,threats and other lists,the use of SWOT matrix analysis to generate a viable alternative.Finally,use QSPM matrix to analyze the strategy of quantitative analysis and define the future development strategy of LKYL Company.LKYL Company’s development strategy is in the national policy and the relevant units or departments,the use of cost advantages,continue to compete for competitive market and actively maintain and expand the scale of enterprises;strict control of product quality and strengthen and maintain service marketing to improve their own Product market share;to achieve the diversification of products,the future realization of equipment,supplies and software production and sales.This paper designs a strategy for the development of the new environment in the new environment,and gives a concrete implementation plan.It hopes that the company can improve the organization and management,human resources training,production process optimization and corporate culture construction and a series of measures to achieve The Company’s rapid development by leaps and bounds for the development of China’s medical industry and make a greater contribution to national health.
