In recent years,with the rapid development of China's power industry,electrical equipment manufacturers have also achieved rapid development.National and local governments have introduced policies that are conducive to promoting the development of manufacturing companies,providing a good historical opportunity for the development of manufacturing companies.At the same time,new competitors or new technologies are gradually challenging the existing market structure.And the future development layout puts forward higher requirements.,enterprises need to grasp both internal and external factors,and formulate development strategies that meet the characteristics of the enterprise and can adapt to the market environment to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of the company.S Electric Co.Ltd.is a private electrical equipment manufacturing company in Henan region.After years of development,it has achieved a certain status in the industry and has successfully listed.This article will take S-Electricity Company as the research object and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise through systematic strategic analysis and analysis methods,including the analysis of the internal status of the enterprise and the analysis of the external market environment of the enterprise,in order to formulate a strategic plan that is consistent with the sustainable development of the enterprise and corresponding safeguards.This article first introduces the basic research background,ideas and methods as well as related strategic management theories at home and abroad to provide theoretical support for strategic research.Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of the company and uses PEST analysis,Porter's five force model and SWOT matrix analysis methods to identify the opportunities and threats that companies face and the potentials and disadvantages they faced with,provide decision support for the company's strategic positioning and choices,propose development strategies that the company can adopt at that moment;and then compare the results based on overall internal and external analysis results.,selecting a diversified development strategy with new energy products and transmission and distribution products as “dual cores” is the best implementation plan at the current stage;finally,according to the actual situation of the company,it is proposed that the company should improve the organization and management level,strengthen research and development capabilities,Strengthen customer relationship management,improve the human resources system,and enhance the level of information construction to provide guarantee for the company's development strategy.
