In the plan of agricultural industrialization transformation and multiplication in 2011,Anhui province put forward the key points of tea industrialization development and the construction of tea industry cluster for export.In the later "twelfth five-year" development plan of the tea industry,it was emphasized that in the face of fierce international market competition,enterprises should be supported to go out,introduce in,improve the ability of foreign investment and marketing,encourage enterprises to participate in high-level exhibitions,and introduce top 500 enterprises to invest in the tea industry of Anhui province.Build advantageous industrial clusters,encourage tea enterprises to join chain operation,and expand international market share.In February 2012,Anhui provincial people’s government took it as one of the main goals of strengthening the tea brand to accelerate the pace of "going global",constantly expand the international market share,improve the famous and excellent green tea and black tea,and develop marketable tea products.In the 13th five-year plan of Anhui province in 2017,the output of tea should reach 140,000 tons by 2020,and the production base of agricultural products with local characteristics should be established for tea in mountainous areas.In 2017 in Anhui province much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planting planning is put forward to tea output will reach 140000 tons in 2020,released in March 2018 in Anhui province government "about making bigger and stronger the opinions of the power of poverty engines of tea industry and farmers’ income,strengthening the construction of tea base,tea garden management,new product development,and strengthen the tea actively explore new markets,etc.,to expand the international influence of tea and seize all the way" area "development opportunity,to carry out the" silk road "ecological badge tea,aroma of propaganda activity.In addition,tea should be encouraged to export tea from poverty-stricken areas.The specific task assignment and time limit requirements of the leading unit for task implementation are specified in detail.It can be seen that Anhui province attaches great importance to tea export,especially tea brand building and international market development.This article first analyzes the current situation of the tea export in Anhui province,and through export competitiveness index evaluation with the domestic main tea-producing provinces in 2010-2017 compared,found in Anhui province tea export contribution rate,export dependence,revealed comparative advantage index is higher,export quality index,international market share,trade competitiveness index is low.Secondly,entropy method was used to comprehensively evaluate the export competitiveness of Anhui province from 2010 to 2017,and compared with Zhejiang province and Fujian province,it was found that the international market share had the largest influence on the tea export of Anhui province.Through the comparative analysis of the export competitiveness of tea with the other two provinces,it is found that the export competitiveness of Anhui province is at a medium level,and its advantage is not obvious.Finally use diamond model combined with the survey data for qualitative analysis,export competitiveness factors influencing factor analysis indicators selected 2005-2017,according to the factor comprehensive score situation found in Anhui province tea export advantage in quantity the greatest impact on export competitiveness,and is relatively weak in quality,comprehensive above analysis result,corresponding Suggestions are put forward...
