The Optimization Study Of Financial Sharing Centre For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry Based On The Supply Chain Management

With the medical reform has entered a critical stage,the restructuring of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and industry integration has become an irresistible trend.At the same time,with the rise of "healthy China" as the national strategy,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry also ushered in new opportunities for development,accelerating the healthy and rapid development of the pharmaceutical manufecturing industry has become an urgent task.Supply chain management is the top priority in the development of manufacturing industry,and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is no exception However,in the integration process of the pharmaceutical manufacturing indrustry,the scale of enterprises is expanding,and the suply chain management is disjointed from the financial management.How to effectively integrate supply chain management and financial management,establish financial management in the process of supply chain economic business,information flow and value sharing,conduct effective business and financial integration,process reengineering,and promote resource sharing and information sharing,the construction of financial sharing center based on supply chain management has given the answer.Based on the well-known pharmaceutical enterprises in Yunnan Baiyao in Yunnan province as the research object,in the analysis of the internal supply chain based on sharing financial center construction situation,on the basis of comparing to build financial data before and after sharing center of finance,internal resources and financial processing efficiency,found that after promoting financial Shared effectively reduce the operating cost,the group's management to the group financial management innovation has brought the positive effect.But at the same time,the problems of information isolation and high collection cost have not been fundamentally solved,and the lack of dynamic supply chain has not completely solved the dilemma of the integration of industry and finance.Therefore,this paper extends the financial sharing center from the internal supply chain to the external supply chain.After proposing countermeasures to constraints such as information insecurity,personnel structure change and cost and benefit mismatch,the optimization framework design of financial sharing center based on external supply chain was proposed for the group:(1)the platform architecture design of financial sharing center;(2)performance evaluation index system design;(3)incentive mechanism design.At the same time,the corresponding prevention mechanism is designed for the possible risk.On the basis of the case study,this study puts forward the following conclusions for the optimization of financial sharing center of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises:only highly standardized and process-based business can promote the development of Shared services;Only effective performance management and incentive mechanism construction can ensure the reasonable distribution of interests and promote the smooth development of Shared services.The potential risks of sharing services need to be prevented in advance.
