With the continuous development of modern information technology,human production and life have gradually entered the era of intelligence;and the smart city with innovation and technology as the main features has become the main practice of modern humans to change the traditional way of life.Many cities around the world have begun to implement smart city projects.In order to effectively solve the dilemma of urban diseases,some of the first cities in China have also formulated planning measures for the construction of smart cities and continue to practice,but the effects of different cities at home and abroad are not the same..The main reason is that some smart cities are only built to the stage of planning and construction,and there are few cases of successful operation.Some cities have not determined the construction goals of Huicheng,attach importance to construction and neglect operations;smart cities operate and develop lack of sustainable Sex.In this context,it is necessary to systematically analyze the current smart city construction,operation and management process with “problem-oriented”,diagnose and identify the problems existing in the current smart city operation management mode,analyze the causes of these problems,and propose solutions.Propose a new operational management model.The main contents of this thesis include: First,combing the origin and development of smart cities,systematically analyzing the urban agglomeration economic theory,urban system planning theory and stakeholder theory involved in smart city operation management,as the study The theoretical basis;and a literature review of the theories and practices related to the subject of this research,make the topic of this research have cutting-edge and innovative.The second is to analyze and compare the smart cities in South Korea,the United States,Sweden and Malaysia,as well as Shanghai,Nanjing,Wuhan,Hangzhou,etc.,analyze the construction and operation mode of their smart cities,and draw the problems and experiences of the smart city operation management model.And revelation.Thirdly,on the basis of the evaluation of the operation and management of smart cities,the objectives,tasks and key elements of the innovation of the operation and management mode of smart cities are proposed.Fourthly,based on the theory of urban agglomeration economy,urban system planning theory and stakeholders,the author puts forward the idea of innovation in the operation mode of smart city,namely: industrial ecological chain,information ecological chain,innovative ecological chain,financial ecological chain,cultural ecological chain and Based on the service ecosystem,we will build a new model of smart city operation management.The fifth is to propose the implementation path and related countermeasures for the innovation of the operation and management model of smart cities.Therefore,this paper concludes that smart cities are the general direction of future social development,especially with the application and development of big data and people's pursuit of quality of life,smart cities must be the general direction of urban development.Second,the construction of smart cities must be led by the government.After analyzing the construction experience of smart cities at home and abroad,we can find that the construction of smart cities requires a lot of manpower,financial resources and material resources,and the government plays an irreplaceable role in this.In addition,China has made certain achievements in the construction of smart cities.Taking Shanghai as an example,the construction of smart cities has achieved good results.Finally,the construction and operation of smart cities requires the joint efforts of various stakeholders under the leadership of the government.
