| Today, All kinds of problems produced in city life are becoming more and more serious and bring huge challenge for the city development.The breakthroughs in information technology will provide a new way for city development. The proposal of smart city makes people see a practical way to solve various problems in urbanization, at the sametime, Smart City will be a development direction of all cities in future.First, this paper analyzes the typical examples at home and abroad, in order to provide some advice and guidance to the construction of Chinese smart city; Second, the paper elaborated the smart city operating environment, as well as the operational objectives and key factors; Third, five operating models are listed and stated, which are summarized from the current practices of smart city; At last, this paper provides some suggestions for government and telecom operators about how to participate in the operation of the smart city. |
