Study On The Competency Of TH Company's Construction Project Team

In recent years,TH company's business has developed rapidly,and the number of winning projects is also increasing.However,a series of management problems caused by the large number of project teams and the large difference in team capabilities have a certain negative impact on the economic benefits of enterprises,as well as a series of problems on the safe,efficient and high-quality completion of the company's engineering projects.For this reason,I combined with the actual work,to study the competence of the TH company construction project team.The main contents of this paper are shown in the following aspects:(1)Firstly,the research on the current situation of TH company in team management is carried out,and the existing problems are analyzed,and the importance of constructing the company's competency model is proposed.(2)On the basis of some scholars'research results on competency,this paper finds out the competency evaluation index of TH company's construction project team through literature analysis,behavioral event interview and other methods.The competency model is determined,which includes five categories(professional quality,attitude and quality,comprehensive ability,planning and organizational ability,engineering management capability)and 27 indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weighting coefficients of each quality index in the competency model,and the consistency of the weight coefficient of each quality index is determined through consistency test.(3)Applying the model to the competency evaluation of ZRL team and HQG team of the TH company,and the score difference of the two teams on specific indicators is analyzed.From the two levels of team and enterprise,this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the team's competency.The construction of the competency model of the TH construction project team also plays a reference role in the management of other construction companies and also helps to supplement the competency research in different situations.
