Enterprise culture is the soul and the spiritual pillar of the enterprise.It is also the organic combination of enterprise management science theory and management philosophy idea.In recent years,Enterprise culture played a more and more obviously important role in the enterprise's guidance,cohesion,motivation and standard.Team is the main body of team vitality culture,which is the grassroots culture under the guidance of enterprise culture idea and is an important part of enterprise culture.Enterprise culture is concretely embodied by team vitality culture at the grassroots level.But in the process of team vitality culture construction,some problems were gradually found.Team vitality culture construction the developed slowly and began to enter a standstill.It becomes a problem of electric power company that team how to construct team vitality culture unceasing-deeply and effectively in long term.Five kinds of vitality team vitality culture in was described in this paper,which are named as management vitality,team vitality,team leader vitality,team staff vitality and instructor vitality.As these five basic elements,five qualitative goals of team vitality culture construction were proposed.The principles of team vitality culture construction were discussed and five ways team vitality culture construction were proposed.Finally the basic flow of team vitality culture construction was proposed based on the PDCA cycle management rules.Team vitality culture construction in Zhuji Electric Power Company was analyzed through questionnaires.The way to excite management vitality,team vitality,team leader vitality,team staff vitality and instructor vitality is proposed.The specific measures to exciting the five kinds of vitality were put forward to practice.The vitality of the team management could be excited through looking for team internal "seed vigor" and "short board factor".The vitality of the team was enhanced through the establishment and implementation of regularly interview system with three types of employees,the expansion monthly bonus distribution base of the pilot team and so on.Competition for team leader employment was gradually developed and goal term of office was committed which could stimulate team leader vitality.An important method to inspire employees is to strengthen the front-line staff career development counseling and to establish post crisis mechanism.Clearing the team management functions and reducing multiple commands are important measure to stimulate the instructor vitalityFinally,the theory and basic steps of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was described,and the effect of the team vitality culture construction measures was quantitatively studied with this method.The results proved the effectiveness of the construction measures taken in this paper.The the data of quantitative analysis showed that the construction measures are feasible and effective.
