Analysis On Selecting The Agent Construction Model Of University Construction Projects Based On The Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the continuous expansion of the infrastructure construction in university,the agent construction system,as a new management model,has been gaining popularity in the recent years.Two typical modes were witnessed during the emergence and development of agent construction system,the public instituion mode represented by Shenzhen and the enterprise mode represented by Beijing and Shanghai,both with its own advantages and disadvantages.Great flexibility can be achieved in pick the agent construction system considering the non-profit government investment and corporate investment nature of these projects.Thus scientific and reasonable decision is barely seen in picking the mode and sometime the decision is evidently blind or even an arbitrage.It is primary and vital for the management to decide on the agent construction based on the projects so to make full use of the advantages of the mode and improve the efficiency.Through the literature research and analysis of the typical public institution mode and the enterprise mode projects,combining the characteristics of the university construction projects,the thesis aims at pointing out the key factors and the principles in picking the mode for such projects.By taking the first batch construction projects in the new campus of J university,the thesis concludes the irrationality in the the agent construction model through assessing the result.Then the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to make an empirical analysis on the selection of the project generation model,which proves the scientificity of the selection index system of the generation model.At last,according to the system problem of the generation of the agent construction in our country,the paper puts forward the policy suggestion to perfect the institution.The analytic hierarchy process can be easily implemented in picking the university construction project agent construction system in a scientific and subjective way.The thesis aims at drawing lessons for the management body in picking the agent construction mode and avoiding blind decisions.
