Research On Product Quality Improvement Of Basketball System

In the new stage of China's vigorous economic development,the new government will make steady progress as the general tone.This is not only the solid foundation for overall economic stability and development construction,but also the need to speed up the transition of new and old kinetic energy and promote high-quality development.The new orientation of the new growth point of the national economy puts forward higher requirements for China's sports industry to focus on the construction of core competitiveness,and leads all sectors of the industry to return to the essence of value creation and jointly practice high-quality development.The high-quality development of sports industry is the only way to build a strong sports country and a healthy China.It is also the key to seize strategic opportunities for all practitioners,and it is also a breakthrough for healthy,sustainable and steady progress.Especially in the past ten years,with the continuous development of economy and the improvement of people's living quality,the national standards for all kinds of facilities related to personal safety have been gradually improved.For example,aiming at the elevator quality problems with frequent accidents in recent years,in 2016,the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection began to implement new elevator standards for the elevator industry.Sports equipment,as a common sports facility,is widely distributed in schools,public stadiums and community fitness venues.Its quality stability and reliability are very important,because the unstable quality of sports equipment will not only cause losses to customer's property,but also threaten the personal safety of staffs in the venue.This paper takes basketball system as an example,combines with the quality problems that have been puzzled for a long time in production,uses PDCA cycle theory and quality tools of causality diagram to deeply analyze the causes of quality problems,and puts forward corresponding improvement methods,which provide optimized quality improvement measures for S enterprises to improve the quality of current basketball system,and for other similar manufacturing types.The design of the company's quality optimization program has certain theoretical basis for reference.
