The Research Of The Product Quality Improvement For Enterprise A Based On PDCA

Continuous quality improvement is the driving force for enterprises to improve their product quality and quality management level,consecutively,which has become an important part of quality management.During the quality improvement,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,they usually introduce and adopt scientific and effective quality improvement approaches to increasing the effectiveness of the quality improvement activities,as one of the most important work among enterprise improvement activities.This thesis firstly summarizes the current situation of quality improvement based on PDCA theory at home and abroad,introduces the quality management status of enterprise A and the problem of plug quality,then designs the quality improvement framework through PDCA cycle.The quality management team takes actions according to PDCA cycle,as followed,the quality problems confirmation,cause analysis and main reasons identification,and then makes the improvement measures planning by the 5W1 H opinions.The thesis conducts the effect verification and evaluates suppliers' production process capability according to SPC,which also analyzes the improved measuring system and collects the data in the production process for normal verification and evaluates statistical steady state by the stability criterion and technical steady state according to the process capability index.Finally,the improvement team of enterprise A consolidate the improvement results based on the analysis of experience and lessons.This thesis comprehensively studies every step of the product quality improvement activities about enterprise A and verifies the improvement effect.It is hoped that this thesis will also have a certain reference to effect on the product quality improvement for relevant enterprises.
