The Improvement Research On Product Quality Management Of SYTF Based On PDCA Cycle

China is steadily developing toward internationalization,and its relations with the world are becoming closer and closer.Thus,the quality of China's products from all walks of life has become a top priority,and quality management is crucial to product quality.Various industries began to vigorously implement quality management,experience ISO9000 and other quality management system certification phase,and strive to the world's advanced quality management methods to learn close.After the theory of quality management is put forward,people have gradually realized that the improvement of product quality needs not only simple product inspection,but also a more comprehensive quality management system.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,how to improve the quality and quality management of the company more quickly and better,and how to survive and develop well in the competition has become a necessary question for managers to think about.Therefore,strengthening the quality management of the company has become the top priority of the company's successful operation.In this paper,SYTF company as the research object,based on the theory of quality management,described the current situation of quality management of SYTF company.By using the basic work-PDCA cycle quality management method,respectively analysis of factors affecting the company's quality management from P,D,C,A in four stages,through field investigation,the paper explores the problems and causes of SYTF company in raw materials,personnel,equipment and so on,puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,strengthen project management,make the system of training,improve the implementation,timely management and maintenance of equipment,full implementation of the quality management system documentation,improve supervision and inspection level and technical equipment improvement and other effective measures.Fundamentally improve the quality management activities of the company,comprehensively improve the quality of all aspects of employees,while improving product quality and quality management level,and thus improve product quality,effectively enhance the overall economic efficiency and market competitiveness of the company.
