The establishment and improvement of the old-age social security system with Chinese characteristics has always been a common concern of the public.Under the condition of the aging of the population and the prolongation of the average life expectancy,how to protect the living standard of the disabled workers after retirement,the enterprise annuity system as a part of the three-pillar old-age security system,Plays an important role.However,from the current situation of the specific development of the enterprise annuity system in China,especially in the comparison with developed countries,there is a significant gap.The main performance is the small scale of enterprise annual gold,the imbalance between regions and industries,and the low and unstable rate of return on investment.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to analyze the specific problems existing in the enterprise annuity system and put forward the countermeasures to improve the enterprise annuity system for the construction of the multi-level old-age security system and the solution of the problem of social equity in our country.Firstly,this paper adopts the method of literature research and comparative analysis.starting from the theory of "three pillars" of pension,the theory of long-term income hypothesis and the theory of efficiency wage,after having a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise annuity system,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the total population of China.The number of urban employees,the number of enterprises,the number of enterprises and workers participating in the enterprise annuity plan,and even the data on the participation of different industries and regions have been summarized and comprehensively analyzed in detail.It is found that there are some problems in the enterprise annuity system in our country,such as the small scale of the fund,the uneven development and the unstable rate of return on investment.secondly,the reasons are analyzed based on the existing problems,mainly from the imperfection of the enterprise annuity system.The lack of motivation for the participation of the enterprise industry and the lack of understanding of the staff and workers to start,Finally,combined with the success of several other countries,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve theenterprise annuity system,stimulate the motivation of enterprise participation and guide the rational understanding of the staff and workers.
