Research On The Financial Quality Evaluation System Of FD Co.,Ltd Under The IPO Background

With the further deepening of the reform of China’s stock issuance system and the establishment of the new issuance commission of the CSRC,domestic companies to be listed are facing the situation of strict IPO review,and a large number of companies to be listed are rejected.There are many reasons for the failure of IPO,but generally it comes down to poor financial quality.The level of financial quality is an important basis to judge the comprehensive ability of an enterprise.Having a high financial quality can be a booster for the successful listing of an enterprise,which also makes it easier for an enterprise to get the favor of the issuance committee.In the IPO background,the traditional financial quality evaluation method with financial ratio index as the main evaluation content cannot fully reveal the financial quality of enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary and valuable to conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the financial quality of enterprises to be listed with scientific and feasible methods.Listing is a complex and systematic work,which needs to design a complete and comprehensive evaluation system of financial quality.Based on the FD company which is to be listed on gem as the research object,the gem IPO related theory and financial related theory as the basis,quality of FD company financial evaluation of the status quo and the existing main problems are analyzed firstly,mainly including non-financial indicators were not considered in evaluation system,not paying attention to cash flow analysis and sustainable development ability;Secondly,Six indicators were selected specifically considering the Constituent elements of the financial quality of the company to be listed,adding non-financial ratio indicators such as sustainable development ability and financial normative operation ability,this paper uses the literature material method,case analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,as well as the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),design a set of financial quality comprehensive evaluation index system for FD company;Finally,the improved evaluation system is used to comprehensively evaluate the current financial quality of FD company.This paper aims to provide a scientific and comprehensive method for the financial quality evaluation of FD company,help the company to recognize self position,clear the gap between itself and the listed companies,to maintain theadvantages and take effective improvement measures actively,improve the quality of the preparation work before the listing,which increases the success rate of the listing.
