Construction industry has a pivotal role in the development of our country, which is toenhance the level of China’s industrialization has made tremendous contributions to ourcountry’s economy developed rapidly. Currently, construction companies are notstandardized in many ways, there are many problems, mainly in the construction of internalmanagement, improper behavior in the construction industry, the construction industry andother relevant norms there are many defects, so that the construction is facing a very severetest. Therefore, the need to standardize the continuous improvement of the entire constructionmarket, improving the building environment. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprisesin the construction industry is to enhance the focus of attention to innovation capability, andour construction industry generally do not attach importance to technological innovationcapacity of enterprises, and for research in this regard is not perfect, few of architecturalinnovation ability evaluation research system. Based on the current situation of the domesticand foreign construction enterprises technological innovation, combining the features ofconstruction enterprises technological innovation, for building enterprise technologyinnovation evaluation index system for system analysis and research.In this paper, ANP (analytic network process) in the current research, technologicalinnovation in building research status were analyzed, the study found ANP research efforts inthe areas of construction enterprises evaluate the use of technological innovation is notenough, so This paper introduces the basic theory of the construction of enterprise technologyinnovation, including the scope of this paper, the theory of the method, the definition ofconstruction enterprises and technological innovation as well as defined herein defined by theuse of software for use with the Super Decisions introduction. Construction of evaluationindex system based on technology innovation enterprise architecture principles, using theDelphi method to its initial settings and screening indicators were set the specific meaning ofeach level indicators, secondary and tertiary indicators index, constructed three constructioncompanies technical innovation evaluation index system. On the basis of this evaluationsystem, the introduction of analytic network process (ANP), by determining the relationshipbetween various indicators, while experts on the basis of various indicators scoring on the useof super decision software (Super Decisions), established between indicators right pairwisecomparison matrices and calculated the weight of each index, according to the above data,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for building technology innovationcapability comprehensive evaluation. Finally, Sichuan Province, a construction company, forexample, the use of this methodology to evaluate its technological innovation capability,analysis of the technological innovation capability building and get the appropriateconclusions.
