At present,it is an important task for Beijing's urban development to accurately grasp the strategic positioning of the capital city,orderly unscramble non-capital functions and promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.And high resource consumption,low economic efficiency of manufacturing is the primary goal of the industry organization,this paper establishes a scientific evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation of Beijing manufacturing,determine which industry needs to relief,which needs to be developed to support,so as to provide reference for industrial organization in Beijing.The first part is the introduction.The background and significance of the topic are given,and the necessity of evaluating the quality of manufacturing in Beijing is pointed out.The second part is the present situation of Beijing's industrial development.This paper reviews the development of Beijing industry,analyzes the development of Beijing industry in the past ten years,and finds that the speed of industrial development in Beijing is slowing down,and the quality and efficiency are gradually improved.At the same time,it also analyzes the development trend of Beijing industry in the future,which is to speed up the industry dissolving and actively construct the "high-precision" industrial system.The third part is the construction of quality evaluation index system of manufacturing industry.Through study of industrial organization and the development of manufacturing industry in Beijing related documents,put forward the evaluation standard of manufacturing quality,including economic benefit,environment friendly,production efficiency and technology innovation four Angle,and established the index system on the basis of this,determine the value rate,advocate business income margin,per capita taxes,energy consumption of the added value of ten thousand yuan,water consumption of the added value of ten thousand yuan,the added value of ten thousand yuan of employ persons,the land of added value of ten thousand yuan and R&D input intensity as evaluation indexes.The fourth part is the index weight calculation.In order to make the weight determination more scientific and reasonable,using analytic hierarchy process,combining expert questionnaire and cluster analysis method,the weight of evaluation index was calculated.All the weights passed the consistency test,and the final index weight was 12.2,10.9,10.8,15.1,14.6,13.1,12.0,and 11.0.The fifth part is the production quality evaluation in the manufacturing industry.Industry score is obtained by using the efficacy coefficient method,the realization of evaluation for the Beijing manufacturing,and the evaluation results from the composite scores change contrast,industry distribution and industry influence index change degree of these three aspects are analyzed.Analysis results show that,the city's manufacturing sector in the class scores have similar distribution,and formed four obvious interval,were under 30 points,30-50 points,more than 50 points to 70 points,70 points,most of the indicators are found by the contrast between the different years showed a trend of optimization.The sixth part is summary and suggestion.This paper summarizes the main achievements of the paper and puts forward some suggestions on the development of manufacturing industry in the future.
